Terms Acceptance

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise utilising the website located at slotlaircasino.me.uk (hereinafter referred to as "the Website"), the user (hereinafter referred to as "the User") is deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all terms, conditions, provisions, and notices contained herein. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") constitute a legally binding contractual obligation between the User and Amo Global SRL (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), a legal entity duly incorporated and operating under the laws of Costa Rica.

Continued use of the Website following any modification or amendment to this Agreement shall be construed as acceptance of such revised terms. The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Agreement at its sole discretion, without prior notice to the User. Access to the Website is permitted solely to individuals who are of legal age as defined by the applicable laws of their respective jurisdiction of residence. By accepting this Agreement, the User expressly warrants and represents that they possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contractual obligations in accordance with the laws governing their jurisdiction. Any use of the Website by individuals lacking such legal capacity is strictly prohibited and shall render this Agreement null and void with respect to such individuals.

Site Usage Rules

IP Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the Website, including but not limited to its design, layout, structure, source code, software, text, graphics, images, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, audiovisual materials, databases, and all other content and materials available on or through the Website (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Content"), are and shall remain the exclusive property of Amo Global SRL or its respective licensors and content providers.

The Content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including but not limited to copyright law, trademark law, database rights, and other proprietary rights, as recognised under the laws of Costa Rica and applicable international treaties and conventions. No rights, titles, or interests in or to the Content are transferred to the User by virtue of access to or use of the Website.

The User is expressly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, adapting, translating, creating derivative works from, publicly displaying, publicly performing, republishing, downloading, storing, transmitting, or otherwise exploiting any portion of the Content, whether in whole or in part, without the prior express written authorisation of the Company. Where the User submits, uploads, or otherwise transmits any content to or through the Website, the User grants the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in any media or format, for any purpose, without obligation of compensation or attribution to the User.

The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
